Getting married is a serious thing. Yes, the wedding can be fun and frivolous but marriage? That is a big deal! Everyone gets married hoping it will last forever. At least, most people do which is why it makes sense to know the other person as much as possible before you marry them. That’s why I’m here today. Before you marry a man, there are 3 major things you need to know about him. The 1st is how he feels about marriage. Some men are not keen on marriage and other feel like it’s something that you should try before you die. Some men think that marriage is a commitment that you make to somebody that you love while others feel like marriage is something that you should do if you want to morally be able to have children. Make sure you and your partner have the same idea about marriage otherwise, when you get married, you’ll have problems right from the start.
The 2nd thing you need to know about a man before you marry him is how he is going through stress or when he is going through bad times. When some men are going through bad times, they turn to drugs and alcohol, other men turn to religion. When some men are stressed, they beat their partners. Other men, when they’re stressed, they turn to their partners for comfort. How does your partner behave when he is stressed? Know this and you won’t get any nasty surprises after you get married.
The 3rd thing you need to know about a man before you marry him is how he handles money. Some men are just bad with money – plain and simple. Fortunately, this is a character trait that shows itself pretty quickly so keep your eyes open when you’re dating someone you think you might marry. How does your man act when he gets his salary? Does he spend it really quickly then start stressing until he gets paid again or is he sensible with his salary? Does he save any money? Does he have a steady, legal, ethical and moral source of income? Who does he believe should pay for what in the home? Find out his money habits and beliefs before you marry him so that you avoid a financial fiasco after you get married.
