I’ve always liked polka dots and I’m not sure why. Maybe it’s because when I was very young, my father bought me this polka dot top and skirt that I absolutely loved. Its pattern was the reverse of the design above – it was white with black dots.
Apart from a French manicure, polka dots have to be the easiest nail design to do. All you need is a dotting tool or a hairpin to make the dots. Paint your nails with your preferred base colour, wait for it to dry then make the dots with the dotting tool or hairpin using your second nail polish colour and you’re done!
