Sometimes, a relationship ends and try as you might, you just can’t seem to get over your ex. That’s why I’m here today. Today, I’m going to be talking about what to do if you’re still in love with your ex.

There are many decisions to take and many things at play when you find out that you’re still in love with your ex. For example, do you want your ex back? Have you tried to get your ex back but he’s not interested? Do you want your ex back but you know that you guys should not get back together because he’s bad news or you guys are just bad together? Those are a few of the things that are probably still running through your head if you’re still in love with your ex.
As a result of my coaching, I often tell clients that they have to do some self-analysis and that’s what I’m telling you today, too. You’re going to have to do a bit of self-analysis. If you feel like you’re still in love with your ex, ask yourself whether you’re really in love with him or whether you’re just uncomfortable because now, you’re alone.
If you’re the one that ended the relationship, are you still in love with your ex or are you just upset because the grass isn’t greener now that you’re out of a relationship. If he was the one that broke up with you, are you still in love with him or is your ego just hurt because he left you?
You really have to analyse your feelings here because what you’re feeling and thinking may be love may just be your ego feeling bruised because somebody left you or you’re just feeling frustrated because of the guy that you have been dating since your ex. Know this: your ex is not the only man who can make you happy. There are billions of men on this earth. It is highly unlikely that your ex is the only man on this earth, in this world who can make you happy.
If you have tried to get back with your ex and he wants no part of it, move on. Believe it or not, there is someone out there who will make you even happier than your ex did. All you have to do is to put in the emotional or mindset work and be determined and you will find that person.
Also, remember that not all exes deserve a second chance. Make sure your relationship with your ex was really good before you start trying to get back with him. Don’t try to get back with your ex just because you’re hurting. Only get back with your ex because you really believe that the two of you will be happier when you’re back together.
